November 19, 2021 UAW Local 862 Retiree Luncheon Health/Info Fair The Local 862 Retired Workers Chapter held a retiree health/info fair at the Gettelfinger Union Hall. Over 40 vendors and displays for the 700 that it attended. The fair included vendors that provides financial, legal, and senior placement. Kentucky Lions Eye and Diabetes provided testing for the participants. Also UAW Local 862 Community Service, Women’s, Chaplaincy and Union Label committees were in attendance! After the Fair, members enjoyed a great meal and a lot of giveaways. A great way to get back together! Thanks to KY Secretary of Labor Jamie Link for welcome the Retirees. |
